TecPlex® 2006S-H1 +
TECPLEX® 2006S-H1 provides maximum reliability in the coldest of temperatures, by combining a very low viscosity PAO base oil with Daubert’s next generation calcium sulfonate grease thickener. Designed specifically for temperatures reaching -50℉, this grease is perfect for cold start applications, or for conveyor systems in arctic conditions and blast freezers. NSF H1, Kosher, and Halal certifications make it suitable for any food processing application. Also suitable for some high-speed bearing applications carrying occasional heavy loads.

TecPlex® 2040S-H1 +
TECPLEX® 2040S-H1 is an incidental food contact grease made with pure high viscosity PAO synthetic base oil. Combining this oil with Daubert’s next generation calcium sulfonate thickener provides maximum protect to operational conditions in excess of 400℉. And thanks to a minimal additive profile, it is certified to NSF H1, Kosher, and Halal standards making it perfect for food processing applications such as ovens, dryers, and equipment utilizing high pressure steam. TECPLEX® 2040S-H1 is also an excellent choice for paper mills which endure similar operational conditions, and produce food-contacting paper.
